Acne is naturally a skin disease that many people have to deal with at some point in their life. A whole lot people especially the ladies who suffers from acnes counter it by using prescribed drugs from physicians to alleviate the symptoms. Now there are different ways of treating this acnes naturally.
1) FOOD TO EAT: It is said that you are what you eat. When you eat foods that contain high sugar and oil i.e fried food can contribute to their problems, and should therefore be left out of their daily diet if you have any form of acnes. Imagine the problems caused by these food on someone with a beauty skin. So therefore, one should eat fruits and vagetables that are rich in vitamines that will prevent such diseases to the body. Also, make sure you eat good balanced diet and drink a lot of water, because water will flush out the toxins in you and give your skin a healthy look.
2) CREAMS AND RUBS: If you have tried so many creams you've bought from the nearby store or a super market and they are not yielding results, you can also, try some natural treatments like using milk and honey combination or also, trying scrub made from lemon and sugar mixture which people suffering from acne atestify that, they work great. The one i use personally is ALOE VERA plant which works great and as many i ask to try this said it works great and its the best.
3) YOUR BED SPREAD/SHEET: This may be partially effective in treating of acnes for some people but it is important to discuss it. Many people take note of this but it contributes great to the sufferers of acnes. So therefore, your bed linen and pillowcase must be changed on a regular basis because when they are not changed, you continue sleeping on the oil of the previous night. By doing this, you keep the bacterias spreading acnes.
4) SUPPLEMENTS AND VITAMINS: There are a lot of natural supplements and vitamins to use when it comes to treating your acnes. But before going to the store or the super market to buy a supplement, you need to do your homework thoroughly either by making research, telling friends your problems and also, not forgetting meeting with your doctor or a body treatment therapist on various supplements for acnes and the particular one to use.
5) STRESS REDUCTION: Stress is a leading factor in breaking out acnes.One has to reduce the stress one passes through everyday because stress can cause skin inflamation resulting in a great deal of skin reaction (ACNES). One can get enough relaxation after a stressful day by taking a stroll or some simple breath taking exercise and then taking a warmth bath and relaxing the mind and the body on the bed.
6) DRINKING ENOUGH WATER: The body needs large amount of water to be taking in daily. By taking a lot of water everyday, you are flushing out impurities from the body and giving the body a healthier skin look. Taking a lot of water doesn't mean taking coffee, juice minerals etc if it is not water then it is not water.
NOTE: If you try these methods and they are not yielding results because these treatments may work for someone else and not working for you, and you know there is a saying that one man's food is another man's possioning. So you can on your own try some other mixtures that is best for you. All methods used are trier an error method. But the one that works most for all skin type is mixing the juice of aloe vera and honey together and apply day and night before going to bed. Try this for 2 weeks and wonders.
